- A schedule that closely mirrors a real high school cheer tryout
- Instruction on motion technique, cheer terminology, athlete roles, and how to stand out during evaluations
- Feedback delivered through group work, one on one coaching, and partner drills
- Learning sideline cheers, mastering a dance routine, and developing the core skills needed for high school tryouts
- A mock tryout on the final day so athletes can identify strengths and areas for improvement before the real thing
